Return Policy

Party Depot allows returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs are not refunded, only merchandise costs. Orders that received free shipping are may be subject to a shipping charge deduction, equal the cost of our original shipping, from the refund. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Returned items must still be in the new condition and remain in their original packaging. Any signs of use or damage to the item will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items include:

  • Halloween Accessories (Weapons, Makeup, Wigs, Masks, Cosmetics, Undergarments)
  • Helium Tanks
  • Over Sized Items
  • Bulk Products
  • Special Orders
  • Balloon Weights
  • Sale and Clearance Items
  • Seasonal Items 
    •  To elaborate, this includes things like Halloween, Christmas, New Years, Mardi Gras, Cinco De Mayo, ect. There is some leeway allowed depending on when the return is being made, and for things that aren't Halloween. This rule is here mostly so merchandise isn't ordered, then the holiday/season passes, and then suddenly the customer wants to return the items so we end up with product we can't sell until a year later. If you are looking to return some merchandise like this, please contact us and we'll deal with it on a case-by-case basis.

 

UPDATED BALLOON POLICY

Due to the current balloon shortage, balloon orders are handled in store only. If you have balloons inflated and have not picked them up, we reserve the right to treat the transaction as a final sale.

 

UPDATED Halloween/Costume Returns

*Costumes are FINAL SALE and may not be returned online, they can be exchanged in store, by 12pm the day after purchase or 24 Hours of purchasing your costume, costume accessories.  Makeup sale are FINAL NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  We take precautions of spreading the COVID-19 and to protect our customers.

When returning an order, you must first submit a return form to initiate the return process. You must provide your Order Number and Reason for Return as Comments. After getting confirmation from us, send the package back with the shipping receipt inside. We will examine the products returned and verify whether they are eligible for return. If everything checks out then the original payment method used will be credited. If not, then the items will be sent back.

Please note that costume styles can change without notice with a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll update any changes made to costumes in our descriptions and provide alternate images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient on this issue.
