Free Shipping: Using the code FREE during checkout, you can receive free shipping on orders with merchandise totaling over $55.00. This does not apply if the shipping charge would be above $14.00. This also only applies on orders using the UPS Ground shipping method.
Shipping Polices
We take your party seriously so with every order we have our standard shipping policy. Before an item ships we process your order in our standard 1-5 business days, this does not include in-store pickup, which varies based on item location and availability. Your store will notify you of any delays or changes to your order.
We usually take one day to fulfill our online orders for shipping, and this day is accounted in our shipping estimates you see at checkout. Additionally, our cutoff time for an order is after 12 PM EST. If your order is placed after this time, it is treated as coming in on the next day. If you wish for an item to be processed after the receiving deadline, please contact us, there might be a handling charge per request.
To insure your package arrives in a timely manner our first line of shipping is our standard shipping. Depending on rates, box size and arrival times our delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. Your items are shipped from our Springfield, Virginia warehouse so delivery dates change according to availability. If you need your items sooner, we recommend choosing a faster delivery option. Standard delivery is an option that is left to our desecration, as we do try to ship items in accordance of orders received, items will not not show up faster then Priority Shipping.
If your order is over $100 or considered as a liquid or an oversize option (such as Pinatas, Bowls, Cake Boxes, etc.), we will refuse all standard shipping orders. Due to the size of the oversized and high end cost, packaging is treated differently and does not fall under the standard shipping charge.
