Shipping

 

We take your party seriously so with every order we have our standard shipping policy.  Before an item ships we process your order in our standard 1-5 business days, this does not include in-store pickup, which varies based on item location and availability.  Your store will notify you of any delays  or changes to your order.

To receive and meet your order expectation, all orders received by 3PM EST will be processed the same day and rush order before 12PM EST.  If you wish a item to be processed after the receiving deadline contact us, there might be a handling charge per request.

To insure your package  arrives in a timely manner our first line of shipping is our standard shipping.  Depending on rates, box size and arrival times our delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.  Your items are shipped from our Springfield, Virginia warehouse so delivery dates change according to availability.  If you need your items sooner, we recommend choosing a faster delivery option.  Standard delivery is an option that is left to our desecration, as we do try to ship items in accordance of orders received, items will not not show up faster then Priority Shipping.

If your order is over $100 or considered as a liquid or an oversize option (such as Pinatas, Bowls, Cake Boxes, ect.), we will refuse all standard shipping orders.
